Australian Government Gazette.

Pipeline Material

 

The flowlines will be unbonded flexible pipes with the inner carcass made of AISI 316L stainless steel.

 

External Corrosion Protection

 

The flowlines are to be protected from external corrosion by a combination of anti-corrosion coating and a sacrificial anode cathodic protection system.

Overview

The Offshore Petroleum and Greenhouse Gas Storage Act 2006 was enacted to regulate the exploration, production, and storage of offshore petroleum and greenhouse gas, including the licensing of activities and the management of environmental impacts.
