This notice takes effect on the day on which it appears in the
Australian Government Gazette.

The application seeks to effect the following amendments to the licence:
- The ‘Authorised Route’ is varied by deleting the text and replacing it with the following:
“Authorised Route
“The pipeline route for the system of pipes commences at the Xmas tree production wing valve (PWV) on each well to Gorgon manifolds M1, M2, M3 and M4, tied back to two infield production flowlines connected to the Midline Pipeline Termination Structure and ending at the State Water Boundary, as described in the tables and the schematic ‘Gorgon Pipeline – Pipeline Licence WA-20-PL’ hereunder.

Design and Construction
The offshore pipeline shall be designed and constructed in accordance with Industry Standard DNV-ST-Fl0l - Submarine Pipeline Systems, which is incorporated in its entirety in Australian Standard AS2885.4 – Pipelines - Gas and Liquid Petroleum - Offshore Submarine Pipeline System.
Piping within Manifold and PTS structures shall be designed and constructed in accordance with Industry Standard ASME B31.8 – Gas Transmission and Distribution Piping Systems.

- External corrosion protection: The pipeline shall be protected from external corrosion by a combination of anti-corrosion coating and a sacrificial anode cathodic protection system.
- Substance to be conveyed: Wet Natural Gas - predominantly Methane with condensate.
- The design life of all pipes is 50 years.
- Design Capacity: Maximum daily capacity rate of the pipeline from the Midline PTS to Coastal Waters is 2076 MMscf/d.”
