ROUTE OF THE PIPELINE
The pipeline route is described in the table hereunder and displaced in the attached map (Attachment 1), commencing at the downstream connector hub face at the Julimar A Drill Centre Manifold to the upstream connector hub face of the existing Brunello A Cross-over Manifold within a corridor of 100m. Coordinates are based on Geodetic Datum of Australia (GDA94).

SPECIFICATIONS
Design and Construction
The offshore pipeline must be designed and constructed in accordance with Offshore Standard DNV-OS-F101 – Submarine Pipeline Systems (Offshore Pipeline), which is incorporated in its entirety in Australian Standard AS2885.4 – Pipelines, Gas and Liquid Petroleum (Part 4: Submarine Pipelines). Specifically, the design and construction phase of the pipeline must comply with DNV‑OS-F101.

Breaches of the requirements set out in the Offshore Petroleum and Greenhouse Gas Storage Act 2006 can lead to serious consequences. Under section 711, any person who contravenes the Act, including failing to comply with the specified design and construction standards, can be subject to civil or criminal penalties. The maximum penalty for contravening the Act can include fines of up to $5.5 million for individuals and $27.5 million for corporations, reflecting the high stakes associated with offshore petroleum activities. Additionally, the Titles Administrator has the authority to suspend or revoke a pipeline licence if it is found that the pipeline operations are not being conducted in accordance with the licence conditions or the Act.
