REGULATION UNDER THE APPLE AND PEAR STABILIZATION ACT 19711
I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation under the Apple and Pear Stabilization Act 1971.

AMENDMENT OF THE APPLE AND PEAR STABILIZATION REGULATIONS2
The Apple and Pear Stabilization Regulations are amended by adding at the end thereof the following regulation:
Support price—season 1978-79
“10. The amount per reputed box specified in column 2 of the following table opposite to the name of a variety of fruit specified in column 1 of that table is prescribed as the support price for the season that commenced on 1 October 1978 in respect of that variety:
