REGULATIONS UNDER THE APPLE AND PEAR STABILIZATION
ACT 1971.*
I, THE Administrator of the Government of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of this Federal Executive Council hereby make the following Regulations under the Apple and Pear Stabilization Act 1971.

APPLE AND PEAR STABILIZATION REGULATIONS
Citation
1. These Regulations may be cited as the Apple and Pear Stabilization Regulations.
Definition
2. In these Regulations, “the Act” means the Apple and Pear Stabilization Act 1971.
Support price‑season 1971-72
3. For the purpose of sub-section (2.) of section 7 of the Act. the amount per reputed bushel prescribed as the support price for the season that on the first day of October, 1971, in respect of a variety of fruit specified in column 1 of the following table is the amount specified in column 2 of that table in relation to the name of that variety in column 1.
