EXPLANATORY STATEMENT
1. Authority for making the instrument. Appeals Statute, section 3.
2. Purpose and operation of the instrument. The Rules define reviewable decisions and establish criteria and procedures for the hearing of applications for a review of a reviewable decision.
3. Documents incorporated in the instrument by reference. None.
4. Consultation process. The Vice-Chancellor made the Rules on the recommendation of the Academic Board.
