AMENDMENT TO THE NATIONAL HERITAGE LIST FOR FRASER ISLAND
I Tanya Plibersek, the Minister for the Environment and Water, acting under subitem 1A(2) of Schedule 3 to the Environment and Heritage Legislation Amendment Act (No. 1) 2003 and subsection 33(3) of the Acts Interpretation Act 1901, amend the National Heritage List by changing the name of the National Heritage List place ‘Fraser Island’ (Place ID: 105992) to ‘K’gari’.
