INSTRUMENT NO 329 of 1995

 

VETERANS’ ENTITLEMENTS ACT 1986

 

EXPLANATORY NOTES FOR TABLING

 

 

The Repatriation Medical Authority has determined, under subsection 196B(3) of the Veterans’ Entitlements Act 1986, the attached instrument Number 329 of 1995.

 

2. This instrument amends Instrument No.210 of 1995 (Statement of Principles concerning acute sinusitis).

 

3. The new instrument amends the previous instrument by including a new causation factor and definition following consideration of additional medical evidence by the Repatriation Medical Authority.
