Amendment - List of Specimens Taken to be Suitable for Live Import – s303EB

 

I, Debra Jayne Callister-Carter, Delegate of the Minister for Sustainability, Environment, Water, Population and Communities, pursuant to paragraph 303EC(1)(c) of the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999, hereby amend Part 2 of the list of specimens taken to be suitable for live import, established under s303EB of the EPBC Act as follows:

Only the Vienna strain can be imported, only sterile males are to be released from Quarantine Approved Premises.

Vienna strain only. High security facilities only. Only sterile males may be released.
