REGULATIONS UNDER THE AIR FORCE ACT 1923.

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Air Force Act 1923, to come into operation forthwith as from the first day of October, 1929.

Amendment of Air Force Regulations.

(Statutory Rules 1927, No. 161, amended to this date.)

(Fourth Amendment.)

1. Regulation 54a is amended—

(a) by omitting the words “medical quartermaster” (where occurring) and inserting in their stead the word “quarter-master”; and

(b) by omitting the words “medical branch” and inserting in their stead the words Permanent Air Force.”.

2. Regulation 88 is amended by omitting from sub-regulation (4) the word “medical”.
