1927. No. 134.
REGULATIONS UNDER THE NORTHERN AUSTRALIA ACT 1926.
I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Northern Australia Act 1926, to come into operation forthwith.

Amendments of the Advisory Councils Election Regulations.
(Statutory Rules 1927, No. 36).
1. Regulation 9 is amended by adding at the end thereof the following proviso:—
“Provided that in respect of the elections held in North Australia during the year 1927 the date of Polling shall in so far as votes polled by voters enrolled for the Batchelor Sub-division are concerned be the Twenty-fifth day of November 1927 and in so far as votes polled by voters enrolled for the Darwin Sub-division are concerned be and be deemed to have been the Twenty- second day of October 1927”.
2. Regulation 10 is amended by adding at the end thereof the following proviso:—
“Provided that in respect of the Elections held in North Australia during the year 1927 the date for the close of the Scrutiny shall in so far as votes polled by voters enrolled for the Batchelor Sub-division are concerned be the fourteenth day of January 1928”.
