Administrative Arrangements Order
The Administrative Arrangements Order specifies the Departments of State, the principal matters they deal with and the legislation administered by each Minister of State.
On 14 November 2019, the Governor-General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, amended the Administrative Arrangements Order made on 29 May 2019 and amended on 8 August 2019, to take effect from 1 December 2019.
