SCHEDULE OF AIRWORTHINESS DIRECTIVES
AIRWORTHINESS DIRECTIVE
For the reasons set out in the background section, the CASA delegate whose signature appears below revokes Airworthiness Directive (AD) AD/Z-242L/4 and issues the following AD under subregulation 39.1 (1) of CASR 1998. The AD requires that the action set out in the requirement section (being action that the delegate considers necessary to correct the unsafe condition) be taken in relation to the aircraft or aeronautical product mentioned in the applicability section: (a) in the circumstances mentioned in the requirement section; and (b) in accordance with the instructions set out in the requirement section; and (c) at the time mentioned in the compliance section.

Limitation of Operation - 2 13/2003
Applicability: Model Z 242L aircraft with serial numbers up to and including serial number 0746. Requirement: Action in accordance with Moravan Mandatory Service Bulletin Z 242L/44a.
Note: Czech CAA-AD-T-101/2000R1 refers.
Compliance: As specified in the Requirement document with an effective date of 25 March 2004.
This Amendment becomes effective on 25 December 2003.
Background: The Czech CAA requires incorporation of an AMU1 Acceleration Registration Unit (ARU) to determine the individual safe life limit of Z 242L aircraft. Based on ARU records, actual safe life is determined.
The original issue of this Airworthiness Directive became effective on 24 December 1999.
