Aerostar (Piper/Ted Smith) 600 and 700 Series Aeroplanes

 

AD/TSA-600/6 Aileron Outboard Hinge Bolt - Inspection 9/76

Applicability: Part 1: All models 600, 601 and 601P with S/Nos 60-0001-003 to 60-0056-128,

60-0130-057 to 60-0329-121, 61-0001-004 to 61-0070-129, 61-0132-071 to 61-0327-110 and 62-0001-013. 61P-0157-001 to 61P-0330-094.

 

Part 11: All models 600, 601 and 601P. Document: Ted Smith Corp. SB No. SB600-56.

Compliance: For Part 1 - At next daily or overnight inspection after 17 September 1976, and thereafter at intervals not exceeding 100 hours time in service.

 

For Part 11 - At each daily or overnight inspection after 17 September 1976.

 

Note: For aircraft maintained in accordance with ANO 100.5.1 this Directive shall be entered on the maintenance release as maintenance required. The inspection detailed in Part 11 may be performed by the pilot in command, in which case certification is not required. In all other cases certification may be made on the maintenance release.
