Applicability: All models with pilot seats manufactured by Frazier Aviation Inc. or Ted smith Aerostar Corp.

 

Document: Ted Smith Corp. SB No. SB600-51.

 

Compliance: 1. Parts I and II - Prior to further flight after 5 November 1976.
