SCHEDULE OF AIRWORTHINESS DIRECTIVES

 


AIRWORTHINESS DIRECTIVE

For the reasons set out in the background section, the CASA delegate whose signature appears below issues the following Airworthiness Directive (AD) under subregulation 39.1 (1) of CASR 1998. The AD requires that the action set out in the requirement section (being action that the delegate considers necessary to correct the unsafe condition) be taken in relation to the aircraft or aeronautical product mentioned in the applicability section: (a) in the circumstances mentioned in the requirement section; and (b) in accordance with the instructions set out in the requirement section; and (c) at the time mentioned in the compliance section.


 

Aerospatiale (Socata) TB 200 Series Aeroplanes

 

AD/TB 200/6 Nose Gear Fork 10/2001

 

Applicability: TB200 aircraft with nose gear forks delivered as spare parts by Socata between 1 January 1999 and 28 February 2001.

 

Requirement: Action in accordance with Socata Service Bulletin SB 10-120-32, dated June 2001.

 

Note: DGAC AD 2001-305(A) refers.

 

Compliance: At the next scheduled maintenance visit after 4 October 2001 or before 31 March 2002, whichever occurs first.

 

This Airworthiness Directive becomes effective on 4 October 2001.

 

Background: A fault in the nose gear fork manufacturing process has been identified.
