Applicability: Model:


Fuel Booster Pump Wiring Harness 7/91

 

SA226-T with S/Nos T201 through 275 and 277 through 291. SA226-T (B) with S/Nos T(B)276 and 292 through 417.

SA226-AT with S/Nos AT001 through 074. SA226-TC with S/Nos TC201 through 419.

SA227-TT with S/Nos TT421 through 555 except S/Nos 529 and 536. SA227AT with S/Nos AT 423 through 609.

SA227-AC with S/Nos AC406, 415, 416 and 420 through 616 except S/Nos 612 and

613.

 

Requirement: Action in accordance with Fairchild Aircraft Corporation Service Bulletins 226-28- 011 and 227-28-002 as applicable.

 

Compliance: The compliance date of the original issue of this Directive was 30 June 1986. This reissue is effective from 11 July 1991.

 

Background:  To preclude the possibility of an electrical short circuit in the fuel booster pump wiring in the area of the fuel hopper tank.

 

Amendment 1 to this AD is issued to update the Requirement document.
