Applicability: All model F260, F260B, F260C and F260C to S/N 502, 101 up to and including 125, 2-26 up to and including 2- 75, 3-76 up to and including 3-84, 17-01, 20-01, 10-09,
235, 286, 287, 302, 303, 305, 375, 563, 566 up to and including 568, 635 up to and
including 637, 712 up to and including 729.
Requirement: SIAI Marchetti SB No. 260B34A.
Compliance: Unless already accomplished within 100 hours time in service after 9 December 1981 and thereafter at intervals not exceeding 100 hours time in service until replaced.
Background: a. The possibility of crack development exists during normal service. Requirement and compliance revised to reflect SB intent.
b. This Directive has been amended to reflect the revised applicability and Requirement Document issue.
