AD/SD3-60/27 Fuel Low Pressure Booster Pump 4/88
Applicability: All model SD3-60 aircraft.
Requirement: Action in accordance with Parts B and C of Shorts Service Bulletin No SD360-28-17.
Note: FAA AD 84-24-52 R1 Amdt 39-5802 refers.
Compliance: Before issue of a Certificate of Airworthiness.
Background: A modification to invert the LP pump configuration in the forward and aft collector tanks, has been developed by the manufacturer which will improve the system's ability to continuously purge water from the collector tanks without degradation of engine performance.
