Short SC7 (Skyvan) Series Aeroplanes

 

AD/SC7/2 Flying Controls - Inspection and Modification 10/69

Applicability: All models of Series 3.

 

Requirement: Inspect the locknuts on the ailerons control rods, located between wing station 177 and 184 at access panel W1-16 for correct wire locking.

 

If found unlocked, lock with wire as shown in Short Information Letter No. 7. the use of “Locktite” or similar sealant is not acceptable.
