Applicability: All series S76 helicopters fitted with AMI Industries seats P/Nos. 1078-1 and 1078-3 with S/Nos listed in AMI Industries SB No. 25-S76-1.

Compliance: Inspect by 9 May 1981, repair as per AMI Industries SB No. 25-S76-1.
Background: The manufacturer has advised that some pilot and co-pilot seats may have defective tube support members.
