Applicability: Serial Number 1Z001-01 to 1Z021-30.
Requirement: Action in accordance with the Technical Requirements of FAA AD 90-17-15, Amendment 39-6678.
Note: PZL-Mielec Mandatory Engineering Bulletin (MEB) No. K/02.135/89, dated 29 December 1989, refers.
Compliance: As specified in the Requirement Document with revised effective date of 8 August 1991.
Background: This AD provides for inspection and reinforcement of the fin in the area of the upper rudder attach point, following two reports of cracks and damage to the area.
