Applicability: All PT6A-27 engines prior to S/N PC-E40273 except E40028, 40029, 40144, 40157, 40186, 40187, 40226, 40228, 40229 and 40241 to 40247, and PT6A-28 engines prior to S/No. PC-E50027.

Compliance: Before installation in an aircraft following next reconditioning completed after 31 December 1971.
Note: The above AD number has been corrected with the addition of the letter “A” which had been inadvertently omitted from previous up-dates.
