Propellers - Variable Pitch - Hamilton Standard

 

AD/PHS/16 Blade Retaining Rings 6/94

Applicability: All 14RF-9 and 14RF-21 propellers fitted to Embraer 120 or CASA CN-235 aircraft. Requirement:               Unless previously carried out action in accordance with Hamilton Standard Service

Bulletin 14RF-9-61-25 Revision 3 or 14RF-21-61-34 Revision 2, as applicable.

Compliance: At next propeller removal or by 31 December 1994, whichever occurs first. Background:              Advice has been received that during extreme inflight conditions blade separation,
