SCHEDULE OF AIRWORTHINESS DIRECTIVES
Propellers - Variable Pitch - Hamilton Standard
AD/PHS/13 Hub Rework 4/89 DM
Applicability: All model 14SF-5 and 14SF-7 propellers P/No 792000-3 with S/No as detailed in the requirement document fitted to, but not limited to, De Havilland Dash 8 and Aerospatiale ATR 42 aircraft.
Requirement: Action in accordance with Hamilton Standard Alert Service Bulletin 14SF-61-A22.
Compliance: Unless previously carried out by 30 April 1989, or prior to completing 200 hours time-in service whichever occurs earlier.
Background: The bearing race seats and bolt torque plate seat were incorrectly shot peened during manufacture.
