Requirement: 1. Remove the six AN4H-7A bolts attaching the 248-1 spinner bulkhead to the propeller flange and re-install six shorter AN4H-6A bolts. The old AN960-416L washers may be re-used.
2. Torque bolts to 70 to 90 inch pounds. Safety wire all bolt heads with MS20995- C32 safety wire.
