Applicability: As per requirement document.
Requirement: Action in accordance with Piper Service Bulletin No 921 dated 15 August 1989. Compliance: At or before the next issue of a Maintenance Release after 25 January 1990.
Background: It has been determined that cracks may originate at the aileron balance weight attachment screw holes and may lead to loss of aileron balance weight security if not corrected.
