Engine Mount Frame Cracking 3/86

 

Document: Action in accordance with Piper SB No 719. Compliance: As per requirement document.

Background:  The manufacturer has received reports of cracks at the intersection of the engine mount ring and the lower diagonal tubes. The Department has received MDRs of similar cracking on aircraft serial numbers outside the effectivity of the Service Bulletin.
