Applicability: All model PA-31-350. Requirement: Modify the aircraft to provide:
- A positive method of bonding refuelling equipment to the aeroplane at each fuel tank filling point. Bonding of the equipment shall be possible before the filler cap is removed.
2. A clearly identified external earthing point for the attachment of ground connections in a conspicuous position, preferably on each main undercarriage assembly on the nose-gear.
