Piper PA-25 (Pawnee) Series Aeroplanes
AD/PA-25/19 Engine Mount - Inspection 11/67
Applicability: Model PA-25 and variants of that model.
Requirement: 1. Inspect the engine mount tubes for cracking particularly in the vicinity of the engine mounting feet.
2. Inspect the engine mounting brackets at the firewall for cracking.
Compliance: Visually inspect at intervals not exceeding 25 hours time in service and inspect using a dye penetrant technique at intervals not exceeding 250 hours time in service.
Visual inspections may be performed and certified for by the pilot.
