”IFR” Instrument Panel Configuration 1/95
Applicability: P68 Observer, P68-TC Observer, and P68 Observer 2 aircraft with IFR flight approval.
Requirement: Action in accordance with Partenavia Service Bulletin 89.
Note: RAI AD 94-242 refers.
Compliance: Prior to 31 December 1995.
Background: The RAI requires modification of the “IFR” instrument panel to eliminate interference with the structure.
Amendment 1 is issued in response to the issue of a new RAI AD, which extends the time required for compliance.
