Applicability: All Partenavia P68, P68B, P68C, P68C-TC and P68 Observer aircraft with S/Nos. 1 to 289 except S/Nos. 234, 256, 259, 269 and 288.
Requirement: Check torque AN4-6A bolts securing the horizontal stabilator torque tube brackets to fuselage frame. If necessary retorque to correct torque value 78-83 LB inches.
Note: RAI AD 83-3 and Partenavia SB No. 57 refer.
Compliance: Before further flight.
