Applicability: All models referenced in Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Service Recommendation No 062A.
Requirement: Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Service Recommendation No. 062A.
Compliance: Prior to issue of the next Maintenance Release after 31 May 1985 and thereafter at each issue of a new Maintenance Release until modified.
Background: This Directive is issued to ensure cracked horizontal stabiliser leading edge skins are replaced and reinforced in accordance with the manufacturers repair scheme.
