AD/MU-2/33 Rudder and Elevator Trim Idler Installation - Modification

Applicability: All models MU-2B-40 with S/Nos. 420SA, 430SA to 435SA.

 

MU-2B-60 with S/Nos. 748SA, 758SA, 779SA to 798SA, except 789SA.

Document: Mitsubishi Aircraft International SBs No. SB022/22-002 or SB026/22-003 Rev. B.

 

Compliance: Within 100 hours time in service after 31 July 1984 or at the next scheduled inspection for Maintenance Release issue after 30 June 1984 whichever is the later.

 

Background: Rudder and elevator trim systems pulley malfunctions and chain misalignment problems have been experienced.
