Maule M-4 Series Aeroplanes

 

AD/ML-M4/7 Aileron Control System - Modification 10/69

Applicability: All models.

 

Requriement: Remove the bolt attaching the most forward aileron control system pulley to the control column.

 

Replace the pulley assembly with the addition of washers AN970-5 and AN960-516, and bolt AN5-27 instead of the original bolt in the following order from front to rear:

 

  1. AN5-27 Bolt - head forward.

 

2.    AN970-5 Washer

 

3.    AN960-516 Washer

 

4.    Original Pulley

 

5.    Control Column

 

6.    AN960-516 Washer 7. AN365-524 Nut.
