Elevator Trim Tubes 11/95
Applicability: M20 models with serial numbers as listed in the Requirement Document. Requirement: Action in accordance with Aerostar Service Bulletin M20-185.
Compliance: Within 100 hours time in service after 31 October 1972.
The Compliance of the initial issue of this Directive remains unchanged. This Amendment is effective from 12 October 1995.
Background: This amendment changes the applicability to refer only to those aircraft affected.
The initial issue provided advice from the manufacturer that aircraft utilising nylon grommet bearings in the trim tube support structure require inspection.
