Applicability: All Colonial C1 and C2, and Lake LA-4 and LA-4-200 models with 2-7811-7 pushrod assemblies installed which are not fitted with Heim HM-5G (Magnafluxed) rod ends.

Compliance: Within 15 hours time in service after 5 January 1973, unless already accomplished within the last 10 hours time in service, and thereafter at intervals not exceeding 25 hours time in service.
