British Aerospace BAe 3100 (Jetstream) Series Aeroplanes

 

AD/JETSTREAM/5 Battery Temperature Monitor Unit - Inspection 7/85

Applicability: Jetstream Series 3100 Aircraft: S/N 603, 610, 611, 615, 617-620, 622, 623, 627, 629,

633, 645, 648, and 649.

 

Requirement: Jetstream Service Bulletin 24-A-JA 850518. Compliance:  Within 100 hours time in service after 31 July 1985.

Background: A number of Battery Temperature Monitor Units have been found to have internal crossed electrical connections which can lead to wrong temperature information being presented to the pilots.
