SCHEDULE OF AIRWORTHINESS DIRECTIVES
British Aerospace BAe 3100 (Jetstream) Series Aeroplanes
AIRWORTHINESS DIRECTIVE
For the reasons set out in the background section, the CASA delegate whose signature appears below revokes Airworthiness Directive (AD) AD/JETSTREAM/34 Amdt 1 and issues the following AD under subregulation 39.1 (1) of CAR 1998. The AD requires that the action set out in the requirement section (being action that the delegate considers necessary to correct the unsafe condition) be taken in relation to the aircraft or aeronautical product mentioned in the applicability section: (a) in the circumstances mentioned in the requirement section; and (b) in accordance with the instructions set out in the requirement section; and (c) at the time mentioned in the compliance section.

Airworthiness Limitations 4/2001
Applicability: Jetstream series 3100 and 3200 aircraft.
Requirement: The approved system of maintenance of all Jetstream 3100 aircraft shall include all relevant inspections and life limitations contained in the Airworthiness Limitations, Section 2.4 of the Jetstream series Maintenance Schedule, SA.4-3100/MS/3, dated 1 June 2000; and incorporating the applicable revisions listed in Revision 11 of Jetstream Aircraft Service Newsletter JSNL GEN-011, dated 15 November 1993.
The approved system of maintenance of all Jetstream 3200 aircraft shall include all relevant inspections and life limitations contained in the Airworthiness Limitations section of the Aircraft Maintenance Manual, Chapter 5-10-05; and incorporating the applicable revisions listed in Revision 11 of Jetstream Aircraft Service Newsletter JNSL GEN-011, dated 15 November 1993.
Compliance: As specified in the applicable Requirement document. This amendment becomes effective on 19 April 2001.
Background: This Directive was raised to formally promulgate the Airworthiness Limitations inspections and life limitations.
Amendment 2 is issued to clarify the applicability and update the Requirement document.
Amendment 1 of this Airworthiness Directive became effective on 3 October 1991.
The original issue of this Airworthiness Directive became effective on 7 September 1989.
