and Installation Applicability: All model 1124 with S/Nos. 240 to 260, 262, 263, 264 and 266. Document: IAI SB No. 1124-53-02.

Compliance: Within 150 hours time in service after 30 November 1980.

Background: The manufacturer advises that some bolts may have been omitted from the floor beam attachment near FUS. STA. 269 during manufacture.
