AD/IAI-W/15 Structural Inspection Program 9/91
Applicability: All models.
Requirement: Action in accordance with the Inspection Requirements of IAI Structural Inspection Program, dated 15 March 1990.
Note: Israel Airworthiness Directive AD No. 91-01 dated 11 March 1991 refers.
Compliance: As detailed in the Requirement Document.
Background: The manufacturer has developed a Structural Inspection Program for the Westwind aircraft to detect cracks which may develop in various locations of the structure.
Undetected cracks may lead to loss of pressure or loss of integrity of the structure.
