SCHEDULE OF AIRWORTHINESS DIRECTIVES
AIRWORTHINESS DIRECTIVE
For the reasons set out in the background section, the CASA delegate whose signature appears below revokes Airworthiness Directive (AD) AD/IAI-A/16 Amdt 1 and issues the following AD under subregulation 39.1 (1) of CASR 1998. The AD requires that the action set out in the requirement section (being action that the delegate considers necessary to correct the unsafe condition) be taken in relation to the aircraft or aeronautical product mentioned in the applicability section: (a) in the circumstances mentioned in the requirement section; and (b) in accordance with the instructions set out in the requirement section; and (c) at the time mentioned in the compliance section.

Main Landing Gear Door 10/2003
Applicability: Models 1125 Astra, Astra SPX, and G100 aircraft serial numbers 004, 011 through 148, except serial number 146.
Requirement: Inspect in accordance with Gulfstream Service Bulletin No. 1125-32-223 Revision 1.
Note: Israel CAA AD 32-03-03-04 Revision 2 refers.
Compliance: Within 250 flight hours after 2 October 2003, unless already accomplished.
This Amendment becomes effective on 2 October 2003.
Background: Reports were received of numerous cases of main landing gear door damage and/or breakage. This Directive requires an inspection of the outboard main landing gear doors for damage and a check and adjustment, if necessary, of the gap between the doors and surrounding structure.
Amendment 1 clarified serial number applicability.
Amendment 2 is issued in response to a revision of the related CAA AD, which amends applicability.
Amendment 1 of this Airworthiness Directive became effective on 10 July 2003.
