Main Rotor Blade Root Replacement 4/93

Applicability: All 369D, 369E, and 369F/FF series helicopters equipped with 369D21100-515 or 369D21102-501 Series main rotor blades.
Requirement: Action in accordance with MDHC SIN DN-183.2, EN-75.2 and FN62.2. Compliance: Part I: Deleted - compliance with AD/HU 369/41 Amdt. 7 fulfils this requirement.
Part II: Within 600 hours time in service after 04 October 1992 but not later than 30 September 1993.
Background: Undetected cracking of any of the main rotor blades root fittings lugs may lead to blade separation. At Amendment 1 the manufacturer has deleted the blade removal for inspection requirement, and removed the repetitive inspection to SBs DN-51.6, EN-42.4 and FN-31.4; (AD/HU 369/41 Amdt 7 refers).
