Collective Torque Tube and Bungee Support Brackets - Inspection

Applicability: All 500D model with S/Nos. 0003D to 0642D, 0646D to 0654D, 0656D, 0663D to 0671D, 0684D to 0687D, 0692D to 0701D.
Document: Hughes SIN No. DN-54.1.
Compliance: Within 100 hours time in service after 30 June 1980.
Background: The torque tube bracket may have become damaged or cracked in the lug area and inspection of the collective bungee support bracket for web thickness is necessary. This Directive is raised in issue to redefine serial numbers of aircraft affected and to refer to a revised issue of the requirement document.
