Applicability: All model 269A, 269A-1 and 269B. All model 269C helicopters having a S/No prior to 1274.
Requirement: Action in accordance with Schweizer Service Information Notice No N204. Compliance: 1. At next schedule inspection for issue of Maintenance Release after 31 October
1987.
2. Before installation on an aircraft after 31 October 1987.
Background: An incorrect collective pitch mixer bellcrank may have been fitted to some 269 Series helicopters.
