AD/HU 269/77 Inertia Reel Shoulder Harness - Inspection 5/85
Applicability: All model 269A, TH-55A, 269A-1, 269B and 269C equipped with 269A4262 inertia reel shoulder harness assemblies and all harness assemblies in spares inventory.
Requirement: Schweizer Service Information Notice N-194. Compliance: Within 100 hours time in service after 31 May 1985.
Affected spare parts - prior to installation.
Background: The manufacturer reports that the inertia reel may exhibit installation and operation problems. These could jeopardise restraint in an accident.
