Applicability: All model 269A, 269A-1 and 269B series and 269C serial number 0001 through 1165.

Compliance: As per requirement document effective after 31 January 1984.
Background: The manufacturer advises, that cracking around the damper attachment bolt hole can occur when torquing the attachment bolt nut, and has consequently introduced a dye penetrant inspection of this area after torque loading, until fitment of a spacer under the nut washer is accomplished.
