Marking of Windshield Heat Power Supply Circuit Breakers

Applicability: All model 125 series 800A and 800B aeroplanes.
Requirement: Unless previously accomplished, incorporate “smoke drill indicator labels” in accordance with British Aerospace Service Bulletin SB.24-288-3284A dated 7 February 1992.
Note: CAA(UK) AD 016-02-92 refers.
Compliance: The compliance remains unchanged as “As specified in the Requirements Document with a revised effective date of 31 July 1992”.
This amendment becomes effective on 23 April 1998.
Background: This directive requires the incorporation of a modification that allows ready identification of additional circuit breakers to be included in ‘smoke drill procedures’.
This directive has been reissued at amendment 1 following the return of a BAe 125 Series 800 aeroplane to the Australian register and effectively remains unchanged, containing some minor additions such as referencing the CAA(UK) airworthiness directive and identifying the service bulletin.
The original issue of this airworthiness directive became effective on 31 July 1992.
