Fuel Feed Pipe Joints 5/92
Applicability: All series 125 up to and including 600 series, all 800A & B series pre-mod 253180D, 700A & B series pre-mod 253180D (pre-mod 252545 & post-mod 252545) and F600A & B series pre-mod 253180D.
Requirement: Action in accordance with BAe SB 28-86 or 28-87, as applicable.
Note: Compliance with both SBs has been classified mandatory by the UK CAA.
Compliance: 1. SB 28-86. Prior to 31 December 1991.
2. SB 28-87. Prior to 30 June 1992.
Background: Misalignment of the fuel pipe at the joint coupling could result in a fuel leakage problem. This amendment is raised to add all HS125, up to and including 600 series aircraft, to this directive.
