AD/GAF-N22/40  Fuel Tank Selector and Fuel Shut-Off Cables - Inspection

Applicability: All models N22 and N24. Document:  GAF Alert SB No. ANMD-28-11.

Compliance: Within 25 hours time in service after 22 July 1980.

Background:  Incorrectly crimped cable sheath adjustment sleeves may detach from cable sheath when push loads are applied to the cable, allowing lost motion to the fuel tank selector valves or the fuel shut-off valves.
